Ethan Dean & Company Return and Warranty Policy:  Returns are accepted under the stipulation that the product is returned to the seller within 30 days from the time the Buyer received the delivery.  Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost back to seller in order to guarantee a full refund. Seller (Ethan Dean Co) DOES NOT provide prepaid shipping labels. Buyer must provide Seller with verifiable return shipping tracking number when returning item.  It is Buyer’s responsibility to research return policies before purchasing any item.                                                   

 

Ethan Dean & Company Warranty: All of our PRIME products come with a 2 Year warranty. Warranty covers machine but does not cover accessories including glass items. Buyer must contact Ethan Dean Co Customer Service at (817) 602-4379 for assistance before sending in for repair. Ethan Dean Co will either REPAIR the item or REPLACE the item with the same item if it can not be repair. Customer is responsible for shipping item to Ethan Dean Co for repair. After Repair is complete, Ethan Dean Co will pay for shipping the item back to the Customer.
